I am from NC. Born and raised. What hotel in Charlotte, NC for 4 days and nights would cost 7000. I do not know of any. This is NC not NY or California. I would not want to pay tax on this sweep. I am out.

For taxes, you can always adjust the amount by claiming "fair market value" for the prize
