That honey is collected from Manuka flower plants native to New Zealand.
Manuka honey has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Manuka honey is always more expensive than normal honey, but I think it does do things normal honey doesn't when you're sick. It helped me at least
