The prize must be picked up in person at the shopping centre Administration Office within two weeks of being noticed. Pick-up is available by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding statutory holidays).

I won a similar giveaway a couple of years ago. I don't live in Edmonton, so the Admin lady agreed that I could pick up the vouchers at the Security Office in Bonnie Doon Mall. Very easy to deal with.

Sorry. I forgot to say that she agreed I could pick them up on a Saturday instead of Monday-Friday.
