last 3 days in a row it hasn't given me an entry form,
it just says You've Been Entered when the page opens

Couldn't find a way to contact them on the site, so I went to their Facebook page and used the Message feature and let them know that no vote/entry form is coming up for at least the last 5 days. Did not work on my phone or my PC.

So today I cleared the browsing data & cache and tried to enter again and it Did give me a Vote and then Entry form after that.
If you are still not getting the vote/entry form, try that.
