as of Dec 30 2024, the rules don't match the blurb by the form. Rules are monthly draw -- blurb is every two months.
Also note that the rules state that if you make a purchase you do not need to fill out the form for that month (or will it be for two months)
Further, if you do need to fill out the form it is between the first and last business days of the month. Currently Vancouver is open Mon-Sun, but some stores are closed on Sundays and they all appear to be closed on holidays (which can vary by province). It appears it would be unwise to enter on some common holidays such as January 1, Sept 30, etc.
In short pick the dates you want to enter and use the Private Note section to remind yourself and hope you don't DQ yourself by over-entering.
