make sure you are entering the phone number with dashes

The two who had issues were saying the email confirmation isn't working for them, not the form. Could've just been an early glitch, as no one else has added that they've not been able to verify.

I couldn't get the form to submit but I tried again today with dashes in the phone number as surelyshields suggested and it worked fine, Thanks surelyshields !

Good thing surelyshields mentioned it for you then, because you said you had the same problem as Paulakay. Her issue was not being able to complete her entry through email, which obviously is not the same problem as not being able to submit the form. I know I didn't add the dashes at first on the form & got the error, but the form will tell you that's the issue & to add the dashes.
