I couldn't get a custom link, all I see are generic links to the contest. On the other hand, the rule says "share" not "share and have somebody enter", so maybe just clicking the 5 share icons is enough :-) Good luck

I got my unique link by clicking the Facebook share button, posting the contest on my Facebook feed, then clicking the post that I posted... when I opened the contest page up it had a unique URL.
I think it should work the same via email as well. You have to actually share it by sending yourself the email it automatically generates, and then open that email to get the link. They've set it up so that you actually have to share it, instead of just handing you the link off the top.
