Looks like mobile only.
I could not get the entry form to open on PC.
Even using the link in the rules, it kept giving a Bad Request error message.
Opened on the PHONE, no problem.

I was able to enter (on PC). It then takes you to another page with QR code and entry instructions. Click on "Entry Form" and you get a page that says "You're Entered!"
