This would appear to be an unlimited entry sweeps. From the rules: "Sign up by completing the entry form at https://evryjewels.com/pages/giveaway-entry:
Upon submitting a completed Entry Form containing your Submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. One entry per submission. There is no limit to the number of free entries that may be requested, but each entry must be individually requested by way of a separate entry form. " Am I reading that correctly?
