Ingredients

Southwest Rub:

8 Tbsp paprika

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp white pepper

Brisket:

One 5-lb beef brisket

Smoker pucks/wood for smoking (Harvest Eatery uses hickory or maple wood)
