Does anyone know how to add an essay to enter this contest? The entry form tells you to Upload your essay, but it doesn't say how or where to do it?

Even though it says essay can be submitted in .doc - that hasn't worked for me so have had to convert it to a pdf. file. I learned something new in doing so.
