Best to win a weekly prize of grocery card (weeks end Sundays at 1159 PM ET), because the game ticket draws happen only about 3 weeks before a match. That's not a lot of time to arrange lodging and travel unless you have very good friends and family to put you up and you can drive or take the train there. 1.5K during peak, inflated FIFA times will not go far. See Rule 6i for ticket prizes and things you have to cover yourself and Rule 7i for ticket draw dates. Note that the first ticket draws are May 25. Good luck to all those who can afford to win!

It's true $1500 doesn't go far especially during the world cup!

Posted by: Beigewood on April 21, 2026

In the rules it says the weekly prizes are a "$100 E-Gift Card for the FIFA store," no mention of grocery gift cards.

Oops, not even grocery gift cards. I checked out the FIFA store, and you can get a poster for 30 CAD, trucker hat for 50 CAD, etc. Shipping, taxes and customs fees are extra.

Their t-shirts would be within that price and they look pretty cool :)

So, after we send the email, how do we know it's 'an entry'? I haven't had any replies...

Many email entries for contests do not send you a confirmation.
