Postal code worked OK for me just now (using autofill on the form). Hope it gets sorted for all of you!
With the prize intended to "upgrade your BBQ oasis" I guess the rule about no apartments/suites being allowed is due to fire restrictions regarding having a BBQs on balconies. They'll probably want the winner to submit picture ID too (which always shows your address), so you might not even be able to "borrow" a friend or relative's SF home address.
