Once you hit on the tab for the questions, it states "Form is not secure". Passing on this one.

Questions never appeared on my form, so I just entered "No questions shown"

I discovered that the contest button goes to a secure form with questions if you use a Chrome browser. The problems you mentioned occurred only when I used the Firefox browser.
The rules say: "Answer 3 questions that are DIFFERENT for each entry, but there are links to pages with the answers! MULTIPLE ENTRIES WITH THE SAME ANSWERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED."

I contacted the webmaster who said that their sever is down.
I'll post a note when I'm able to enter the contest with a secure connection again.

Their server is now up and running. I can now enter contests with a secure connection with my Chrome browser.
