This could be a scram. I use my Amazon a lot. But it said, here it can't find my account.
Went to my account (online) and got in no problem. So why would I change my pass word. Something is not right. :(

The rules include a class-action waiver which may matter to some.

AMZN has had to deal with pesky customers taking collective action against many of their policies. Courts have sometimes agreed. Doesn't affect me personally, but I don't like how they play poker.
