We always seem to have with problem with "witcontests.com". I think it's probably because the requests are direct instead of through the anticipated "source." If you start at the "correct" source it should work

With reference to the above see Rule 3 (b) "There is one (1) way to enter: via bluejays.com. " So starting at CG isn't supposed to work.
Also see the rules3 (c) (ii) for how to get 5 bonus entries (after filling out the form) via email.
