I got a similar response to contact with Lays. Their recommendations were generic and ineffective. BUT...
The form DID submit correctly when I used Firefox browser today.

Yes p5a0497, I think that prize valuation is crazy. The prize is a case of a Frito-Lay product each month for
a total of twelve (12) months. Each case shall contain thirty-one (31) single serve bags. Each bag will
have a size ranging from 1 oz. to 1.75 oz.
There's no way a case of single serve bags is worth $58+, and a whole year valued at $700. Not worth it especially when they're just gonna send you what they want. You don't even get to choose.
Here's just one price from Amazon and it's for a 64 pack! Lay's Potato Chips, Classic, 1.5 Ounce (Pack of 64) $29.43 at $0.46 per count
