so I tried to enter on my phone, and got the circle, but it didn't last long. Then a message came up saying I had already entered. I wonder if it accepts the entry even though just the blue circle of death stays there???

I had no problems with firefox. You have to check opt in .

Seems to be working now. It submitted on mobile/Chrome nearly instantly.
