ok here's the instructions for NPE
By Email. During the Contest Period, send an email to tbjcontest@bluejays.com that: (A)
has, as its subject line, Subway SubDog Big Swing Sweepstakes ; (B) includes your full
name, email address, address, city, province, postal code, age, and day and evening telephone
numbers; and (C) include a maximum fifty (50)-word description stating why you would like
to win the Contest (the Email Entry ). The Email Entry must be received by RBJBP by no
later than 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026. The literary quality of the maximum fifty
(50)-word description will not be judged and will have no effect on the entrant s chance of
winning the Contest. By successfully submitting an Email Entry, you will obtain one (1) entry
into both the Secondary Prize draw for the corresponding Entry Period and the Grand Prize
draw

You can avoid the too many requests problem by starting where they want you to start, i.e. on the Blue Jays contest page. All the contests are listed there
